Volunteer Program

Cell Genesys recognizes that organizations that serve our communities
need more than just financial resources to succeedtime and talent
of individuals is equally important.
Cell Genesys' volunteer program encourages employees to donate up
to four hours of service each month (paid, during work hours) to an
organization of their choice. In addition, Cell Genesys employees
frequently join together on weekends to work together to make a difference.
Whether it is helping a women's shelter move to a new location, or
joining together to "Race for a Cure," Cell Genesys strives
to contribute to each of the communities it has a presence in.
Corporate Donations

Since 2001, Cell Genesys' corporate donations program has been providing
local non-profit groups with funding needed to help them realize their
goals. The program is administered by a rotating group of Cell Genesys
employees who evaluate donation requests and determine the recipients.
Special attention is given to those organizations that hold special
interest for, and are recommended by, Cell Genesys employees.
